"Click Here" Terms for payment of website design and development

• Fee quoted includes preliminary design of home page and 1 inside. Additional/alterations to design are billed at $85.00each.

• Fee quote includes all final digital files. Changes necessitated by client revisions and/or additions following approvals at each stage (sketches, layouts, comps, mechanicals), other than for designer’s error, are billed additionally at $85.00 per hour.

• Rights: All rights to the use of all digital files transfer to the Client, except as noted: All original illustrations are the property of "Click Here" and can be purchased by the client if so desired. The price for the digital illustration files are at the discretion of Click Here Website Design & Development.

•Ownership of all digital files transfer to client upon full payment of all fees and costs, except as noted:
All invoices are net due upon completion of all work. Until all work is paid for in full, all digital files are the property of "Click Here".

• Fees quoted are based on work performed during the course of regular working hours (based on a 40 hour work week). Overtime, rush, holiday and weekendwork necessitated by Client’s directive is billed $85.00 per hour in addition to the fees quoted.

• We are not a financial institution and will therefore not accept payments. Payment is to be made in full at the time of delivery.

• A 50% deposit is required before all work is begun, no exceptions. We have have been burned once too many times to proceed with production without a down payment. The balance is due on delivery.

• All fees and costs are estimated. Changes in scope of work and/or project specifications require a revision of the information provided above.

• The information contained in this proposal is valid for (30) thirty days. Proposals approvaed and signed by the client are binding upon the Designer and Client commencing on the date of the Client’s signature.

•The Designer’s ability to meet deadlines is predicated upon the Client’s provision of all necessary information/materials and approvals in a timely manner.

If these terms and rates meet with your approval and we have determined how many pages are involved, a formal estimate will be produced.

FORMAL QUOTES DO NOT INCLUDE SALES TAX IF APPLICABLE. A PURCHASE ORDER MUST BE ISSUED BEFORE ALL WORK IS BEGUN.
